Who is responsible for your data

Siete Azules is responsible for (the controller of) the personal data you send us through this website. For any privacy questions, email us at infosieteazules@gmail.com.

What data we collect and why

Only what you give us in the form: first name, surname, email address, mobile number and your answers about the trip. We use it solely to reply to your enquiry and send you the trip information you ask for.

The lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation about your trip lasts and, after that, for as long as necessary to meet our legal obligations. If you ask us to delete it, we will.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or pass on your data. The form is handled by Netlify, the service that hosts this website, and messages arrive in our inbox. If you book a trip, we’ll share only what is strictly necessary with suppliers (accommodation, dive centre, transfers) in order to organise it.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to infosieteazules@gmail.com. If you feel we haven’t handled your request properly, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country; in the UK, that’s the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
